Sorry not enough space. Usually i use this forum to check out
the fear level of politics for PS research and to ask for basic
directions on where to get stuff. Now i am going to try to see
whether people can discuss sociology/political topics. Some of my
students were discussing this issue and i think its quite relevant
to people in general from SEA (Southeast Asia). Let's try and
discuss it
"Do only 'westerners' care about the environment in
Southeast Asia compared to Southeast Asians? Or does the 'western
world' try to benefit itself by monopolizing environmental
agendas?"
-It always seems to be some 'white f*ck" on tv being concearned
about the environment, never an oriental or asian person?
-are there any benefits to controlling the agenda on what to
securitize in the environment?
